For Canada, if your order was processed before May 16th, 2025 please contact us at info@bokyna.eu. For orders past this date, please follow the steps below.

Is something not quite right? Don’t worry. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item(s) within 30 days of delivery.

Are your sandals not fitting properly? You are welcome to exchange them for a different size. However, we do not offer direct exchanges for logistical and health reasons. Simply return your order and place a new order with the desired size or colour.

In order to apply for a return, the returned product must: 

– Be returned within 30 days of delivery.
– Be unworn and returned in original condition.
– Have all tags and plastic stickers attached.
– Include the original packaging along with the original cotton bag used to protect the sandals in undamaged condition. 
- We cannot send you a return label. Unfortunately, you have to pay the costs for the return.

If returned properly, your money will be refunded within 7 days to the payment method you used for the purchase.
