Bokyna charms are crafted from stainless steel and made for everyday wear. That said, each finish has its own care needs, so here's what to keep in mind.

Silver finish: While stainless steel is durable, the silver finish is not waterproof. We recommend removing your charms before swimming or exercising, and keeping them away from chlorine, saltwater, lotions, and perfumes to preserve the finish long-term.

A little care goes a long way, and your charms will keep looking great.

Cleaning Your Bokyna Charms
To clean your charms, use a soft, dry cloth and wipe gently whenever the surface looks dull. Avoid harsh cleaners, chemicals, and soaking. A light polish is all it takes to help preserve their original shine.

Storing Your Bokyna Charms
Store each charm separately in a soft pouch or lined compartment to help prevent scratches. If your charms get wet, allow them to air dry completely before storing them.

Orders are usually shipped on the next business day.
The delivery time is 5-10 days, unless stated otherwise on the product page.

How to return a product?

Note: The return must take place at the latest 30 days after receipt of the sandals.

• Write your name and order number clearly on the front of the package so that we can easily assign it to your order in our system.

• Please use a trackable shipping method when returning an order, and keep the receipt safe.

• If properly returned, your money will be refunded within 7 days to the form of payment you used to make the purchase.
